Logging in to your account

A separate login is required for Waitrose Direct.


I had a Waitrose Wine Direct account prior to 22nd August 2012

Log in with your previous e-mail and password from the old Waitrose Wine Direct website to access your account on this website Waitrose Direct.


I bought hampers or flowers from johnlewis.com prior to 22nd August 2012

On 22nd August 2012, we copied across your e-mail and password from johnlewis.com to Waitrose Direct.


If you have updated your details since then on johnlewis.com you will need to do one of the following options here on this site:


> log in with your previous johnlewis.com details (prior to 22nd August 2012) OR
> trigger a new password.


Unfortunately, your grocery login e-mail and password
will NOT work on Waitrose Direct at this time. Sorry!

If you can't remember whether you've registered before, or have forgotten your password, just simply

If you have only registered to buy online groceries from us at Waitrose.com, but have never ordered wine by the case, flowers or hampers online, you will need to register separately on this website. To save you time and effort, this can be done during the checkout process.


myWaitrose card holders


Please note that myWaitrose cards are not recognised on Waitrose Direct. The myWaitrose card is valid in Waitrose stores and on Waitrose.com grocery orders only.

Browse without registering

Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'Checkout' link in your basket at the top of your screen. You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.) You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.


If have already registered online with Waitrose Wine Direct (NOT Waitrose groceries) or John Lewis, simply enter your existing email address and password. At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page.


When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’Place Order’ button and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email approximately 30 minutes after placing your order. This short delay allows you to make any amendments to your order via telephone should you wish.

If you have bought from Waitrose Wine Direct before, or bought flowers or hampers from johnlewis.com, then you can use your existing e-mail address and password. If you wish to update your details, you can do so using the My Account link at the top right hand side of the screen.

How do I see my past orders?

You can still see your past orders by logging in to the johnlewis.com website with your johnlewis.com e-mail address and password.


New orders placed on this website will appear on waitrosedirect.com in your account area. The link to this is at the top right hand side of your screen in the website header.
